Such a beautiful shop. Barb carries such wonderful fabrics and yarns. Best of all she is incredibly knowledgable. In addition there are classes and social knitting/crochet night. Fun and crafty. Love this place.

To the two people who had complaints we are very sorry. However, I would like to respond. To the man who said his wife was ignored, I try very hard to welcome each and every customer who walks into the shop. Also, I am here alone and if I am helping a customer, I might not get right over to another immediately, but I do let them know I can help them if they if they need it. When I walk into a shop I do not like to be accosted as soon as I walk in and I try to give my customers the same respect. To TM's complaint, she has not listed the facts as they occurred.I believe she was being critical rather than stating the facts of her displeasure. She also failed to mention that we refunded her money completely as soon as I read of her dissatisfaction, despite the fact that the two sewing machines that were brought in were not in good working order. One machine was so bad we could not finish the project after I spent a lot of the allotted time trying to get it to work. The second machine started acting up just as we were finishing up. Her daughter and granddaughter were given more time than was paid for, however she complained about the fact that the class ran over by an hour. I have so many wonderful customers, I am not worried over her ill will for the success of my business. I hope that in the future, If a customer has a problem regarding our shop, they will bring it to me so I can remedy it right away. Being negative on social media is not very helpful to either party.
